To Our San Gabriel Valley Community,
Our hearts are heavy with loss, but full of determination as we navigate the developing situation with the ongoing California wildfires, especially with our clients in the affected Altadena and Pasadena areas. The fires have impacted our agency and clients in a number of ways. Nearly 250 senior clients are currently affected, with the majority of them losing their homes. Furthermore, in this unthinkable tragedy, two of our clients have lost their lives, with several unaccounted for at this time…

HOLIDAY GIVING
YWCA San Gabriel Valley’s “Adopt a Senior” and “Adopt a Family” campaigns invite our community to support those who rely on us weekly for essential resources and care. While we work year-round to foster connection and support, the holiday season can be especially difficult for our seniors and survivors of domestic violence, as feelings of loneliness and isolation are often more intense. Through these initiatives, we aim to bring meaningful impact to their lives—and we hope you’ll join us in this mission of compassion and connection.

As one of the largest senior services providers in the county, our goal is to provide our seniors with a safe and joyful holiday season. By adopting a senior this year, you can make a meaningful impact in their lives, showing them they are valued and remembered.
During this holiday season, our goal is to provide our clients with a safe and supportive environment where they feel valued and empowered. Donating will help us reach even more individuals in need, offering them hope and support during this special time of year.
Brighten a family’s holiday season by fulfilling a wish list (family size may vary based on need). This is an opportunity to offer hope and happiness to our Domestic Violence Program’s most vulnerable families.
